If it detects any distress, it adjusts the pressure to deal with it accordingly. All this happens automatically, so you will not be distracted from sleep. This feature kicks in after the machine has recorded its first 30 hours. One of the most important aspects of this feature is that it records every incidence where a distress occurred, which led to the automatic increase in pressure.

It has a heated humidifier in place, so there won’t be the need to install it manually. Though the humidifier is heated, it is designed in the dry-box technology that prevents water from making its way back into the humidifier. The water chamber, which sits comfortably in the machine, is removable for easy cleaning (dishwasher friendly) and replacement.

Things That Could Be Improved
Although the noise levels are quite low at 30dbs, there are competitor products with lower levels. Philips Respironics could do better here.
The package does not include the facemask, which some reviewers feel is an impediment. The manufacturer sells a well-fitting mask separately.
