By having extra help , both of us were able to take turns. I remember my son having colic and he would scream all night. We tried everything including taking him for a ride. I remember going to mom and saying HELP! We got some tips from my mom which seem to help. We found out he needed a special milk called Similac.

Get a notebook and take 5 minutes right before laying down to free write. What you want to do is get every thought from the past, present, and future out of your head and on paper where it's safe and secure. This will free the clutter from your head and allow you to rest easier. Remember to record your results in the notebook then share on this page your results.
I have found by using the sleep tracker that the colder the temperature that was down to 65 to 70 produced better sleep. More review coming Update: 09/24/16 Last night was a great night for sleep. I slept 9.13 hours of good sleep. Still woke up twice to use the restroom but the overnight temperature dropped to 59 degrees. Here in Phoenix the overnight temperature in the summer is from 80 to 110.
